DELIVERY INFORMATION
For shipping outside our zones, just email us at info@itsjaso.com, and we’ll sort it out for you!
- Your orders are handled on business days Mon -Fri 9 AM – 5 PM.
- If we have your ordered goods in stock, you’ll receive your order in 2 to 10 business days (Depends on region). During sales or high-demand periods, shipping may take longer.
- If your ordered goods are out of stock, we will contact you to inform you of the first possible delivery time.
- Our delivery partners are Lithuania Post, GLS and DPD (in Europe) and VENIPAK (For Baltics).
- Shipping costs are determined by the total weight of your order and the destination shipping zone. We offer a few shipping options tailored to your needs. The exact shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page once you have entered your shipping details.
- Product weights are listed in the side cart and at the bottom of this page. If a product’s weight is not displayed, feel free to contact us for more details. Please note that all product weights are rounded up to ensure accurate shipping charges.
- *Important. Orders shipped outside the EU customs territory and VAT area (including the UK, Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
- For UK customers:
- Orders over £135 (€ equivalent): Additional import duties will be charged upon delivery.
- Orders up to £135 (€ equivalent): VAT is collected at checkout, but a customs declaration fee may still apply.
- For Norway, Switzerland, and other non-EU countries:
- Local VAT, import duties, and customs clearance fees may apply upon delivery.
- Please check with your local customs office for details on applicable charges.
- Shipping prices apply to EU mainland only and do not include islands or remote areas (e.g., Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Madeira, etc.). Please contact us for shipping rates to these locations.
